The Lake

Bantam Lake is located in Litchfield County in the state of Connecticut.  The lake’s shoreline borders the towns of Litchfield, Morris and Bantam.  The lake is the largest natural lake in the State, with an area that covers about 1,200 acres.
 
The lake is active in the summer months with fishing boats, sailboats, kayaks and ski boats.  Motorized boats are allowed on the lake between the hours of 5am and 11pm and public boat launches are available on the lake for boat access.

The lake is located an hour from both Hartford and New Haven and just 2 hours from New York City.
